Another carb problem...

Seems like a good day to post carb problems.

Mine is a stock q-jet.

When I floor it, it gets up and goes for a couple of seconds then bogs down almost like it's starving for fuel. Then if I back off and then get back on it, it is fine again.

This happens everytime I'm accellerating hard at WOT.

Otherwise, it runs and idles just fine.

Haven't had a chance to look yet, but I am thinking it's a plugged fuel filter or something like that.

Any other ideas?

Will it continue this cycle of running well then boging down?? If so, definately check into the filter/ pump.
