edelbrock 1904

I have a 72 pickup with a 350-headers,hei,performer manifold, and a 1904which has been giving me a few problems. What would be a good mechanical secondary carb to replace it with.I feel the vacuum secondaries don't give enough kick off the line

Re: edelbrock 1904

Edelbrock's 1406 should do the job nicely.

Re: edelbrock 1904

I have a 1406 (600 cfm/electric choke) and was too small for my Big Block. I went to the 1411 (750 cfm) which is much better...Anyways...if you are in for a trade I might be interested in your 1904 Quadrajet. I assume it has electric choke?

Let me know if you are interested.
