what are you removing them from? The best tool is heat from a torch, heat the area around the bolt and they usually spin right out. If its a bolt with a nut on the other side they usually snap off with god size breaker bar.

i was trying to take off the bed rails and the front light bezel. the front light bezel hex screws are strip. the bed rails screws are rusted and just dont like coming out, i tried taking a small grinder to the bottom of the screws but no luck.
my dad said a in & out would work. but i dont know what it looks like . then they have that gator grip on tv that see. i just dont know what i'am looking for . |

If its a screw I usually just drill it out and retap if necessary

Re: what is the best kit to buy. to get out old rust bolts
I have a Snap ON screw extractor set. It's real simple to use. Use penetrating oil, screw out with left handed drill bit. If stubborn insert spiral extractor, tap with hammer, turn out screw or small bolt. Here is a similar tool kit at Sears. It can also be found at Lowe's I believe. Hope this helps.

Re: what is the best kit to buy. to get out old rust bolts
I just use the already mentioned drilling method. I have used many other methods but it is be far the best IMO. Once you bear a easy out off in a bolt you are limited to what will remove the mess cause the metal easy outs and extractor bits are made of is very strong but can still snap off. Then you have to either have alot of patience and a drill or use a torch to burn it out. I go with drilling. Many times you can drill out the head and then chisel it off then unscrew the bolt or drill it the rest of the way out.
