Power drum brakes....
Question. The brakes are difficult even under the best of circumstances so my question is. For my 1970 Blazer 4WD 6 lug rig, I could put on a power booster from a power brake truck and leave the drums intact, right? Or do I need to find a disc brake setup? Are there 6 lug disc brakes that were stock on some 4WD rigs? Questions questions,,,,Thanks

Re: Power drum brakes....
On my 70, I swapped out the drum axel and put in a 72 disc axle with the same gears. When switching to disc be sure to change out the master cylinder and proportioning valve. Easy swap.
