Re: My interior is done!
That's a stock seat recovered and stitched to look more modern right. That is a fantastic looking interior, plus you used good imagination to make it look really clean and modern. Great job. Congrats

Re: My interior is done!
That is awesome! I'm partial to blue myself. My 68 GMC has the medium blue color and I'm going with the original color for repainting. Is yours medium blue? Metallic?
I have an other question, where did you get the carpet and what color did you select? Look like professionally stitched/fitted. That's the color I'm thinking of going with but not sure of the name. Last edited by 68gmsee; 01-13-2008 at 05:17 AM. |

Re: My interior is done!
I really like the theme you used.It looks like an updated version of the original. The colors work well together and the fact that you can seat three is cool.
I have the same question, where's the heater? and I also have a couple of suggestions.Use a tie wrap or two on the wiring. It's really a small thing but the interior looks so good the wire hanging down really detracts from it.The other is that if you're going to drive it daily get a slip on seatcover to keep it looking so sharp. I really like that Blue too.

Re: My interior is done!
I just plain like your truck......the whole thing turned out perfect!
Great color, mildly lowered, great engine compartment, and nothing too overstated.

Looks good! What color are the intake/valve covers? They almost look gold, but not quite.

Matt, it's come a long way from when I took this pic hasn't it!
You took a truck that most guys would have called "done" or "good enough" and made it exceptional! Great job! |
