Small block fan is 18".... no clue if big block is the same but it wouldn't surprise me. Be patient, someone will know for sure.

I measured one on truck. It's 19" or very close. Hard to get accurate measure on truck.

At the widest point it is somewhere between 19 and 19 1/2"
