Kit is from Mar-K. Comes with Handle, Cover, and New Rods......

The kit is a good kit. Comes with a paper template for the whole to cut in the back. The kit says that you have to use a taligate skin to use the kit, but I put it on my factory gate. Just welded a filler plate in the handle whole and it worked just fine....
