About 2 feet so far and still coming! This is my second pass at keeping the yard open. The ole GMC workhorse rocks!

Hey CPNE!
It looks like you have some snow there. We still have not had much, (flurries only). These trucks really work well in the snow. Here is a pick from last year, (not much snow than either). I love to plow, the truck gets so warm that I run with the window down! Jim |

Sort of reminds me of our beach, just without the sun ..
If I even move up north again...4x4 and a plow are first on the list of things to have.

I'm acutally kind of jealous of those pics! Snow kicks a$$........i was born in Michigian, so i have a little northren blood in me, even though i was rasied in Missouri
Also alot of fun to go hunting in....i went muzzleloader deer hunting last winter in the snow....didnt' see anything, but it was easy to follow the tracks and see where the deer were traveling to/from. My truck actually works pretty decent in the snow too....for a 1-legger 2wd anyway. I just load the bed up with firewood, and it gets out fine. I've only got it stuck once in the winter time, and this will the the 4th winter i have driven it in.

Boy, just looking at that picture makes me shiver. Then again, if it's below 50 fahrenheit, I think it's too cold. I guess I've gotten used to the southwest...
You know, I think there's a cause and effect relationship between snow and rust

Jeff, Believe it or not the ole plow truck I got from you is still clickin along. I used it all last year in all the snow we had. I let a buddy talk me out of it in the spring. He put a new rear frame half on it (it was about shot. I don't know how it stayed together after my abuse) and was out plowing with it this weekend. Still running good. Of course I told him he had to come plow me out. We only got 12" out of this one though and ours does disappear till the next time anyway.
Bill

Bill, I wish now I'd kept some of the 4x4 stuff sent your way. The GMC is scheduled to be refurbished next summer and I may need something.
The frame on my GMC is pretty decent by my standards. You can even still read the VIN stamped on the frame!

Last year's pic but used it over the weekend with no problem. Got 12-14" snow in our area. 72 GMC with 69 Chevy front clip.
Works great!
