what size bolts do i need to mount up my bumper? i need the two that attach to the bumper brackets and the two through the front to the frame horns and the two to the top of the horns through the small bumper brackets.

You need 1/2-13 x 1" Carriage bolts, get the ones with SST over the caps (at least if you have a chrome bumper)
They sell these now at autozone for about a $1.00 each.

my bumper is black....what size go through the frame? 3/8? half?

1/2 goes thru the frame as well...

get at least grade 5 bolts....and 8 if you can find them.
