Re: Parting a 69 1 ton

forever71 seatbelts are tan I belive & real dirty $30 shipped for them

Southern parts I think your right

63chevy this frame is real beefed up & extra tall frame rails, it has an eaton ho52 rear probably with at least 4.57 gears

CPNE $5 for all the lugs & $10 for both the retainers, didn't plan on cutting this apart but I would if the price is right, would $15 for each spring hanger work?

Sounds good and I'm up for the hangers. Can you take a pic of the front and rear hangers before going to the trouble? Mine is a 67 and might be different.

Thanks

Re: Parting a 69 1 ton

Hi--

I'm interested in the bench seat. Is it original? (in other words is it correct for a 68-72; specifically a '69)

How are the springs, foam? I know the foam has a tendency to really dry out in AZ.

Thanks!

The Cab is shot? You Arizonians are spoiled heh heh
Wish I could get a cab with clearance lights.
These truck hobbies would be so much more fun living in the south/southwest. I'm jealous.

BTW I got those painted mirrors you sent little while back, they where nicer in person then in the picture.

Re: Parting a 69 1 ton

Are not brake drums for 1 Tons not available anymore or do I have that wrong?
I would think people would be jumping all over these 1 tons coming up for parts here recently.

Re: Parting a 69 1 ton

70 greenc10 $15 shipped for the emblem, the core support can be shipped, not sure of the condition of this one till I get it off

69 special seat looks good, better than most seats we get around here no foam sticking out, it has been redone at some point, I'm in east Mesa, if you want to check it out

Roger, we are spoiled here, originally from nebraska, I appreciate every day here in AZ, except when its 110 degrees for 3 months straight. Glad the mirrors worked for you.

CPNE, I'm thinking there weren't any retainers on the front, I'll have to double check.

Re: Parting a 69 1 ton

The drums/brake parts would be worth saving for sure. Are the 292 towers still in it?Not or me,but they are a fairly tough find, too.

How about those cool mudflaps to 21771? I don`t care if they are just cut off.I`m wanting them for floor mats.

Hmmmmm...Is that true about 1 ton brake drums unavailable? Just in case it is; would you have an idea as to the condition of the drums, and the shipping of all (4) drums & assiciated brake parts to 32821? I may have to buy these. Also, the color & condition of the dash pad. Thanks.......

Tom,

What would you need for the section of the roof with the clearance lights? I could weld it into my cab. I believe my buddy Tim is still out your way for another few weeks and I could have him stop by and pickup...Thanks

Jay, How about $50 for the entire roof, & I'll cut it at the pillars, your buddy is supposed to be back for some parts, I'm sure he wouldn't mind picking it up for you.
