I have this SM465 that came out of a 67-72 1-Ton.
I was going to use it in my 66, but now I'm focusing on my 65.
I was told that it was rebuilt.
$100 or Trade for TH350 or make offer.
Local pick-up only.

I am currently running the Saginaw 3 speed. Is the SM465 a direct bolt up? Drive shaft the same? and Crossmember? I'm looking for one and am don't mind the shipping.

The 3speed is bolted up to a 327

The bell housing is the same and so is the X member. The BH mounts directly to the X member. I'm not sure of the drive shaft, my suspicions is that the SM is shorter than the Saginaw. I have a SM that is for sale if you are interested. They weight 175#, to calculate shipping costs, and I've got it in a sealed hard plastic container so a pallet or skid isn't necessary.
