Where do tow-hooks go?

I've been watching the posts of everyone wanting towhooks and I've been thinking to myself "I'm glad I have a family truck so I don't need to look for those". Well, I was under the truck over the weekend and I don't have any tow-hooks??? Were they an option and not on every truck? Is there a tow-hook troll that steals them in the middle of the night?

What is the deal with the elusive towhooks?

Where do tow-hooks go? On the parts board for $200 unless you REALLY want to keep 'em

OK... I feel better knowing it was an option. I was wondering where mine went! When you and your dad are the only owners on a truck and you know the history, then something you expect to be there is missing, it really makes you think.

Thanks....
