v-8 conversion

Ok I have a 1969 GMC long box and I found a cheap 350 trans and 350 engine complete with all accesories. what would I need to bolt it in? I figures I would need to replace the front mounts and remove the trans mount/ crossmember and put one in the rear of the trans. will the drive shaft line up or will I need something made up? please tell me what parts I would need and where I might find them thanks
