Hey guys i have looked every where can we run the full size large cap HEI distributor in a 68 c10 with a big block?I have never had one with a big block don't know if it clears the fire wall or not .Thanks in advance !Oz

I'm using the 1970 big block motor mounts and stands and my HEI distributor fits fine. My truck is a 1970 though..........

I don't think the firewall ever changed from 1967 to 1972.

I think the only time problems ever occurred if someone tried "cheating "the motor back far enough to gain a traction advantage by using a different st of motor holes. I have not had it but one of my friends did that trying to gain a little extra. Jim
