It Is Vaccum Operated, Can't Remember How, Someone Will Jump In

Thought that it worked on a vacume but not sure how to operate it. figured it would operate on the conrtol system but not sure

Jim,
The pull handle on the driver's side simply opens a vent to outside air. The vacuum operated valve on the passenger side is only for trucks with air conditioning. When the A/C control is set to "inside" air, vacuum pulls the valve open, allowing recirculation of cab air. If set to "outside", there is no vacuum, so fresh air is pulled through a cowl vent. Hope this helps. |
