rear spring question...leafs

didnt get a definitive answer over at 4x4 on this question. since this area of the board gets the most views thought i would try here. for 71/72 are the rear springs on a 3/4 ton 4x4 the same as on a 3/4 ton 2 wheel drive? also are the rear axles set up the same way spring perch wise?

Spring perch width is the same, frame hangars are different. I think the width of the springs are different 2 1/4 vs. 2 1/2

so i guess i wont bother picking up the 2 wheel drive rear axle and springs i saw for sale. i wonder if the spring pads are mounted in such a way the pinion angle would be off anyway.
