WHY???? Wouldn't they just bend or break the centers, having all that extra leverage acting on the center from the depth of the rim?

If you take out yer binoculars and look at Marks picture ya 'all will see where the MFR lists inside their logo of a paddle tire...: Var-a-trak and Padl-a-Trak....

They look like agricultural stuff for high flotation tires. I used to see that stuff when I worked for Goodyear. Even the color looks right for implement wheels.
