I need to change plugs soon and was wondering what brand and # do ya'll like? ( # on the plug not how many do ya'll like to replace) I'ts a mild manered 350 with a Th350.

I have had good luck with just regular AC Delco plugs....R45T plugs for that matter. Gap them at .045" with HEI, or around .035" if you are running a points igniton.

With several SBCs over the years, I've had some bad luck with Champions, and never a problem with AC Delco. Just put a fresh set of R44TS @ .045" (HEI) in my mild 350.

Different heat range. Check this out http://www.acdelco.com/html/pi_plugs_ident.htm .
I just put in what my (trusted) parts guy said to use!

Edit: I just went to that Delco site and used it to find their recommended plug - it's R44T. My TS is same plug but with extended tip. Pretty handy site; it lets you search for a wide range of AC parts for specific vehicles.

I have used both R44Ts and R45Ts....couldn't tell much of a difference. What is the difference in the heat ranges anyway? Is it just the gap of the plug?

No, the gap should be the same for either plug - .035 points, .045 HEI.

I don't know the specifics about heat range, and I couldn't find that info on the AC Delco website - only that the number indicates a difference, and doesn't relate to a value, or something to that effect.
