Re: Custom classic trucks?
I just got mine in the mail last week... so maybe 2-3 weeks at the newstands?
Why, will your truck be in it?

Re: Custom classic trucks?
I receive mine on different days each month... it's like waiting for a Christmas gift and not knowing what day Christmas is on. It used to always arrive on the 5th, now there's no telling...

Re: Custom classic trucks?
And as much as I wouldn't mind the "mail person" reading it, it still comes crisp and clean as ever...

Re: Custom classic trucks?
I am a subscriber to both Classic Trucks and Custom Classic Trucks. I've renewed my Classic Truck subscription but have delayed the other.
Is it just me.... or is CCT just a wilder (& weaker) version of CT, and a waste of $ if you already take CT? There seems to be little relevant content, and I feel like I'm paying twice for all the same ads...

Re: Custom classic trucks?
Oh I know that.....a lot of publications are owned by prime media (or whatever)...I'm just saying (or asking) why pay for CCT if you take CT? Can anyone think of a good reason...a difference? ...and I take my fair share of magazines...CT, CCT, Motor Trend, Truck Trend, Chevy High Performance, GM High Tech Performance, Hot Rod, Sport Truck, etc. etc.

Re: Custom classic trucks?
Precisely why I have dropped one of em. CT I think. As a matter of fact I've decided to allow all of my subs to run out and I'll start all over with only a few. I am getting 2 calls per month from mag sub renewal firms and cannot remember who I bought them from before. I think I have one mag sub good until 2018!

Re: Custom classic trucks?
They claim to feature different trucks. That may be but they all follow the same theme.I take both but really look forward to "Truck Builder"
I also have subs to Hot Rod Car Crap Rod and Custom I can no longer find a couple by Buckaroo Publications that I like. I usually look thru the cars and event coverage in the "Kulture" mags at the local B&N but find the "tradition" in them is skewed.

Re: Custom classic trucks?
I never seem to know when mine will show up. I wonder if they read it at the Post Office first before they deliver it.
The only other one I subscribe to is Auto Restorer.

Re: Custom classic trucks?
I only get Hot Rod and Car Craft. I really want 8 Lug Diesel and Diesel Power, so i may drop one when their subs run out in 09, and get the other 2 instead.

Re: Custom classic trucks?
I get cct and ct, but I will probably stop subscribing. Once my subscription is up at the the beginning of the year. I have switched to liking the 4x4s so that magazine doesn't have much content for me. I how ever can not find a single 4x4 mag that I really like I've tried peterson's and four wheeler. I haven't tried 8 lug yet though.
