Input Wanted: Air Bags vs Leaf Springs - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I'm looking for a way to have the best of both worlds: I love the ride of the rear coil springs, but I occasionally haul a heavy load or tow a car trailer, so I love the stability of the 3/4 ton rear leafs I have under my beater - but I really don't want to continue to have two trucks on the road, so I'm wondering about supplementing the coils with air bags.

Thoughts? Experiences? Recommendations on brands & models? Approximate cost?
