My 74' Fleetside C-10!! Help!!!

I just got a really awesome deal, I think. I hate to admit it but i have always been a ford man. Ive been racing mustangs since I was 12. Anyway an old man in my mother's neighborhood told me if I could fix his truck I could have it. Well for 6 years he could not crank it. Within 2 minutes or less I put gas in the tank and cranked it right up. I drove it all the way back to mississippi from atl GA. Well I put edelbrock performer that i ported out to match the gaskets. ANd i added a new 600 CFM Holley carb. Its an automatic. I cant find any parts for this particular year truck anywhere. Its almost as if they dont exist. I want to redo the interior but cannot find anything. How much is a truck like this worth? It has 150,000 original miles, A/C, auto, dual turbo exhaust TH350 . THe paint is terrible but there is no body damage at all. Can someone please tell me where to get some stuff for this fleetside. I might just sell it if I have no luck. It has original 350 in it.
