Hi Steve, these appear to be for the "Yankee" dealer added type cab lights shown in my picture rather than the factory raised roof type cab lights you will be running. Still a great buy for the right person though. Sharpie

skrenly/sharpie, not an expert on these, but I think the dealer add ons had vertical lines on the lenses with no screws on top, these have horizontal lines with a screw on top. There were also hockey puck and fireman's hat type for roofs with raised pods?

It looks like it denotes 71-72 Suburban..and they did get the Yankee #77 lights from the factory.
