Smile work in progess pix

Finally got sum pix of my truck after re-doing the electrical.
next week or so it will go for the boddy work.

Pix of motor....sbc 350 that i had extra. I swapped the 3-spd
on the column to th350 auto and added power steering.

In its "Calico" paint scheme that my wife hates
I took her out in a date the other night as a test
of her love for me......Yup she got in (smile)but she said not
to press it.

mine didn't like it either

I took my wife out to swanky place for dinner friday night in my all original semi ragged orange and white 71 c10 she didn't like the idea at all! Especially with the 2003 gmc 2500hd duramax sittin in the driveway!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!LOL

Motor only:
6.44 1/8 @ 104.13
10.39 1/4 @ 125.83

Nitrous Times:
5.785 1/8 @ 118.65 with a 1.336 60ft
9.168 1/4 @ 142.58 with a 250 shot dead out of the hole!

yeah i know what you mean, see my friend also met up with us with his wife and we ate out and criused the strip here in Augusta,Ga. (the blue truck is his ride)

What's his wheel / tire combo and what's his drop setup?
I like the stance and the way the wheels fit int he wells.

He's rolling on 20's and i believe they are centerlines,
not sure on the rubber. I'll find out latter tonite.
He put 2' drop spindles and 4-5" rear.

thanks dj, I will paint it liquid silver(2004 nissan maxima)color
for now the 1st stage will be the body work and prep/prime
