70 doors
my doors need skins and the lower sections replaced. My questionis should I just buy new doors or spend the time to dothe repairs to the old? Has anyone used new doors and where did you buy them and how did they fit?
Thanks, Wes |

Re: 70 doors
I've not heard a lot of good things about most of the new (reproduction) doors available. It sounds like the doors on my truck are in about the same shape as yours.
I just bought two rust-free, straight as a string used '72 doors. I got the complete doors (windows, regulators, etc.) for $200.

Re: 70 doors
Buy these doors now! It's been my experience the stock doors fit is as good as you will get! Some time in the future maybe the aftermarket doors will fit correct but that time is not now. Cheers, Pat
