Anyone ordered from ***************** LATELY?
I'm trying to place an online order and the "shipping calculator" is hosed up. Just wondered what I'm doing wrong.
It's late on Friday,... and from my past experiences with other companies,... that's not a good time to call. Anyone else have this problem?

I had the same problem last weekend when I tried to order online. I just called that Monday morning and they took care of me.

I ordered from them a couple weeks ago after their new site came up and it worked fine. I ordered lots of heavy stuff and the calculator was fine...3rd order was just a few fittings and the calculator showed $0 for shipping... I got free shipping.

Just wanted to update this thread. Jason called me today (Sunday) no less than 3 times to get my order. (stupid cell phone signal)
Anyway,... I just wanted to give him "props" for taking care of my small $ order on the weekend.

OK,... UPDATE # 2.
I got a package from Suicide Doors delivered to my door step today! (Ordered Sunday,... delivered Tuesday!) Man,... thats quick service! Thanks, Jason. I couldn't ask for anything more.
