Wheel backspacing
I'm looking to run 18 or 20" wheels, what kind of backspacing are you guys using? I've got a 1970 C10 2wd 6lug with an ECE 4/6 drop. Due to the dropped spindles my wheelbase width is wider on the front and i wonder if i should go with two different offsets for the front & rear.
I need help......Does the newer Tahoe and p/u wheel offsets work on our earlier trucks? |

Dave at ECE told me that in a "perfect world" if you want to put 20's on your truck, the fronts should be 20x8's w/ 4.5" b/s and the rears should be 20x9.5's with 5" b/s.
Hope that helps.

Do you know what size of tires they recommend with the 20's and what kind of drop the truck should have to look right?
