Wheels spacers
I am going to have to add some 1" wheels spacers to the rear so to ensure I get right right ones, do you need to use hub centric spacers?

Re: Wheels spacers
I used these on the back of my '68...
http://www.tdperformance.com/Billet-...-Wheel-Spacers They are 1 1/4" though. Not sure if that extra 1/4" will mess up your plans. |

Re: Wheels spacers
I think 1 1/4 would work fine. How did you decide on these? They seem about 2x as much as others I have found.
Not sure why I am having issues with spacing since I have a 72 wide rear end installed under my 68 but I am clearly having a clearance issue. So I have to do something. Posted via Mobile Device

Re: Wheels spacers
They're the nicest I've found, plus they bolt to the axle, then the wheel bolts to it. Not a fan of the 'spacers' that squish between the wheel and axle and require longer studs.
What clearance problem are you having? |

Re: Wheels spacers
Ya, not looking for the squish kind, I want these bolt on kind. Here are some that I found that seem right
http://www.ezaccessory.com/Wheel_Ada...5500-5500p.htm And these http://billetwheeladapters.com/5-lug...-25-thick.html I was mainly asking if there was something about the ones you chose that stood out as better since they are significantly more money. Not opposed to spending more if there is a justifiable reason. Posted via Mobile Device

Re: Wheels spacers
Both of those look good. I especially like the option of the first with the different widths. Can't remember why I used what I did, could have just had them around or someone else 'round the office did. That happens alot, lol.

Re: Wheels spacers
Ya, I would like to find something local tomorrow so I can roll the new wheels for the show this weekend but if not will just order some and put them on for the next show.
