Re: what would you pay?

depends.... if they are utility buckets, then you would have to have custom upholstery made (since they are not reproduced, and some new foam (not reproduced either). a good shop can probably do the utility's for under $350??

if you are thinking about sport buckets from, lets say a CST Blazer, the reproduction foam is crazy expensive and the reproduction upholstery is expensive too. probably looking at $400 to 600 just for the reproduction pieces...... that's not including the labor. maybe under $400 if you have them done at a shop.

but, the sport buckets are really slick when done right!!!!

someone else chime in if my prices are in error. just rough guess-timates.

Re: what would you pay?

Just keep in mind what you are willing to spend total. Figure out what it would cost to get them redone, and then decide what they are worth to you. Carefull with the wiw threads, not being a supportinig member will get your wrist slapped.

Not if he is buying the item...... If you post a WIW for something you are selling and you are not a supporting member that's where the problem is.

Re: what would you pay?

Around here that work would cost around 400 dollars for both. Have a set there now.Getting close to what you mention..............
