Stock color of core support, gloss black?
I am repainting my core support while it's out of the Jimmy. I assume gloss black is what I should use, is that correct?

Every truck I ever saw in any junk yard had a body color under the hood. The core support, and inner fenders are a satin black.

Not exactly stock. It's getting a 68 Chevy grille and and 68 hood. But, it will look like a stock 68 Blazer, if there ever was such a thing. It almost makes me sad, the GMC was growing on me, but the hood had bad ding, and the grill was fubarred by the PO, and I had a 68 hood and grill laying around so that's what's going on it.
It will look good either way

Not wanting to start a debate, I just want everyone to know that the undersides of hoods are body color. If anyone has a hood that is black when you pop the hood... it is not of original factory color design.
