Question Board Vendors

QUESTIONS ABOUT SHEET METAL PARTS FOR MY 72 4WD K5,

WHO IS THE MOST RECCOMENDED BOARD MEMBER VENDOR?

WHY SHOULD I BUY FROM A BOARD MEMBER VS. FROM THE
SUPER CHEVY SHOW VENDORS? ( NO S/H OR SALES TAX )

IS ANYONE CLOSE TO W. TN TO PICK-UP MY OWN PARTS?

I recommend Wes at Classic Heartbeat. I have bought many parts from Wes and they have all been quality parts. In addition, Wes has always gone the extra mile to make sure I was a satisfied customer. His customer service is excellent. He is also a great resource for technical advise.

I haven't dealt with all of the vendors on the board, but I have noticed that all of them seem very helpful.

I agree with Blue Beard "Buying from board vendors is supporting the board...." I even think buying from individual members is like supporting the board... JMO

I recommend Tim Christian of Christian's Classic Trucks, because he's straight forward, uses most (if not all) of the parts he sells (on his and his sons trucks) and is one of the most helpful people I've met. He's in Rogersville, TN (which is a huge benefit to me) and I wanted a place where I could go see the parts if I needed.

J

Edit: fixed the link

I will be at the Super Chevy Show in Memphis if this will help you out any? Just let me know what you need and I will put it back for you. No tax at the show I always eat that and I will give you a good buy on everything. Thanks Tim

I would recommend Tim Christian as well. I just bought some parts from him at the Moultrie swap meet and couldn't be happier.
