Help! Another cab to frame bushing problem.
This is a redundant post but I figured I'd get more response with a more accurate title. I'll be more careful next time.
I took some time and worked a bit on my cab to frame bushings. The bolt head will not fit into the recess if the washer is used. A washer wasn't originally used from the factory (at least not on mine) but I'd like to use it. I am using a dremel tool to grind down the old tack weld so the washer will lay flat in the recess and I'm getting there but there is another problem. Another poster said to "grind down the bolt head without it getting hot." So...what do you think I should do here to solve this? |
