Re: New member with a WTF....
That bed looks like it's good shape as well as the molding. Just think if that thing ran...man that would be fun to drive!

That is actually the coveted Corvette Option, very few still exist in such unmolested shape.

Re: New member with a WTF....
There is one like that rolling around town here. Not near as much lift or tire size.
That is really just a C50 clip with a regular cab and bed. The fenders are cut to match the regular cabs rockers. The one in town runs a 454. He has a 3" tube step loop to get in. The truck has that rough tough look. Kinda cool to see it rolling down the road.

Re: New member with a WTF....
I would definitely drive that, it may be a Frankenstein with the c50 front and a regular bed, but just imagine it with a regular front end, a nice paint job, nerf bars and some nice chrome wheels. That would be a fun truck.

Re: New member with a WTF....
It looks in better shape than a lot of the trucks I've seen "on the road".

Re: New member with a WTF....
i think its pretty sweet too. get it running, flat black skulls fire decapitated dolls flames belching out the exhaust. make small children cry when you drive by.
on a second look the frame and suspension look very scary ( i have seen worse on show rigs )

Re: New member with a WTF....
Where is it?I want it.I really enjoy taking things and making them nice. That`s what I do.I get a kick out of turning nay-sayer`s heads around.
It`s a medium duty cab & clip with a light duty bed.Like the Cyclops,an early monster truck/bogger from before monster trucks was a tv show for kids.A medium duty clip won`t work on a light duty cab and visa-versa.Don`t you guys know anything about 67-72 GM trucks?

Re: New member with a WTF....
Special-K most of these guys have never gotten into tearing apart a medium duty cab. I have and know exactly what you mean. The front of the floor is different, front cab supports, rockers, doors have the corners clipped, etc. I found a low mile C50 grain truck that had been rolled and got some realy nice donor tin from the back part of the cab.
