Help with my option codes
Does anyone know what a P13 wheel carrier looks like? Is this a one ton or a 3/4 ton pick-up truck?
Thanks, Alex |

Re: Help with my option codes
My book just says spare wheel carrier-side mounted.
I would assume that means the factory spare mount on a stepper.

Re: Help with my option codes
I'll try to look in a sec but I have a parts truck with a tire carrier in the bed on the drivers side, maybe that's it. I'll check later.

Re: Help with my option codes
That was the code for my 70 step-side's spare mount.
Your image is too small to see what your sticker says.

Galaxiemann... I had to edit that... as a non subscribed member, you aren't permitted to post a parts wanted, or a parts for sale thread.
Here's some more info; http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/a...nt.php?f=3&a=9 How to become a subscribed member; http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/a....php?f=50&a=17 To answer the question... there was an in-bed spare carrier too, this was for fleet side trucks. in some states, having a spare underneath the truck is asking for trouble... up here in the rust belt, 4 or 5 years, and the wheel is all rusted and REAL bad... boarderline junk. |

Re: Help with my option codes
If I'm reading your VIN correct, it looks to be a 3/4 ton.

Re: Help with my option codes
Now that I see how it's coded,it looks like a S/M side mount spare tire carrier.
