Full wheel covers on rallys
My 70 blazer has rally wheels and I really want hubcaps but can not afford the price of OE wheels right now. Will the PO1 full wheel cover snap on the rally wheels?, I'm not crazy about how they look, maybe ok with 35"s?, but to have an option to go back and forth with rally rings would be cool also. I have picked up a set of original hubcaps a while back, and was also curious if anyone used the clip kits available for rally wheels also. Might end up going the etrailer route too.

Re: Full wheel covers on rallys
Yes they'll fit, but they look funny on wider wheels for some reason, it's like you can just tell they are on a rally. Not sure if your valve stems will stick out the hole though, may depend on their length.

Re: Full wheel covers on rallys
They are goofy looking to begin with, I just thought a big tire would offset some of the stupidity

Re: Full wheel covers on rallys
Big tire makes them look worse! In my opinion they only look right on smaller tires with narrow whitewalls.

Re: Full wheel covers on rallys
Mike here is what they look like with 33's. The rear cap I think is 68' but kinda gives an idea
Can't help answer if they will stay on Rallies though .

Re: Full wheel covers on rallys
I bought a good used set of P01's "just in case I go to original but I also bought a set of stainless dog dish that i really like the look of. But then again I also bought a couple styles of aluminum rims as well. Luckily I have a couple Blazers to float all the options on and none are near that point of worry
here is a pic with the dog dishes, I just like the cleaner look If you want to see an actual P01 let me know and I will pop one on .

Re: Full wheel covers on rallys
No problem .... truck is sitting in the warm shop, as am I.
They may look a hair odd because I did not smack them completely on because it is a PIA. .

Re: Full wheel covers on rallys
Also another thing to consider with the P01 caps is like on my 8" rims the front hubs don't come all the way thru the holes in the caps and I would imagine the rallies would do the same.

Re: Full wheel covers on rallys
Thanks for putting them on for me Richard , I appreciate that. The front do look pretty weird, I thought these were available for Blazers, and K10's?. Maybe they were a different cap on the 4 wheel drive ones?. We'll have to see if I could get used to the look. Thanks again Richard

Re: Full wheel covers on rallys
according to my spid (5th down on rt. side) this is what it came with but I think factory rims were narrower which would allow the hub to come out past the cap
.

Re: Full wheel covers on rallys
Makes sense, they only came on narrow rims.
