Hey every one. I am going to get rid of my 15x10 Alcoa wheels and 35" tires. They are to wide (truck walks on the road to much) and to big (they rub the front wheel wells, 4" lift). I am having trouble finding a nice 1 piece CHROME wheel with backspacing that will put the wheel out far enough to look good.

Can you guys with 16" wheels and 33" tires tell me/ show me your wheels (brand, etc) and the backspacing on them?

i dont know about steel but im running 16x10 mickey thompson classic II's with 33-14.50 swampers. they rub on full compression with a 4" lift but not too bad. you should be fine with 12.50's

What width are your 35's?
How's the front end? Good condition? Wheel alignment?

Steering damper installed? These were on them from the factory and must be used to have any kind of drivability.

I'm running a 10" rim w/4" back spacing and 12.5-33's.
They run down the road just fine, even on the highway it rides/drives good.

Maybe just change your tires and keep the rims? (if you like them) To save a little cash.

To directly answer the question though...4" back spacing seems the norm/best.

Check out BobbyK's blazer, he runs ralley's w/33's and stock suspension.

My blazer has a 4" all spring lift w/33's, that's it.
