Who makes/sells the billet tie rod adjusting sleeves?

Title says it all, but I am looking for "nice" looking tie rod adjusting sleeves like these...

or like these...

I am finding A LOT of options for 11/16" thread rod ends, but not the 5/8" like what is on our truck..

Thanks for the help...

Chris

I know Edelbrock does, for some strange reason. Not sure what applications they offer. They are polished with a red logo...of course.

Yeah they have them in 5/8" but they are too short...The factory adjusting sleeves are just over 8" long all the 5/8" sleeves I am finding the in the performance after market are less than 4"
