I don't think so, I was trying to cross the your GM part number over to a 1970-72 / 350 with A/C. GM part number 343727. Thats what my GM book says is needed. Ok, What is the lenght of the shaft, bottom of shaft base to fan housing. The problem if it is to short, it will not draw adequately with fan shroud application. Basically it w/fan has to be set inside a fan shroud deep enough to create a draw.

The shaft measured from the bottom to the clutch measures 1 13/16. Call it 1 3/4. The mounting holes are 2 1/8" center to center. The writing on the box says "69-72 ac 350". Not sure how accurate the hand writing is but maybe it helps.
