Heater Box Question
I have removed the heater box cover while restoring my firewall, when re-installing is there a gasket inbetween the heater box and firewall??? All I found there before was dumb dumb, which I scrapped off with wirewheel.
If there is a gasket ...is it cork or rubber?

Re: Heater Box Question
Clean out the old stuff and replace it with strip calking you get from the paint store. You can us butle window sealer too, it comes or a roll. Make sure you use enough the fire wall is not flat. Matt
