windshield repair?
has anyone ever repaired any bulls eyes in their windshield themselves instead of taking it to a shop to have them do it? and if so what brand of stuff did you use, how much, where did you get it, and what type of results did you have?
p.s. thanks in advance. Last edited by project 67 sub; 06-21-2009 at 09:08 PM. |

Re: windshield repair?
Many insurance companies will pay 100% to repair this type of windshield damage....cheaper than replacing a window.

Re: windshield repair?
You can get a do it yourself kit at Advance,Auto Zone, etc. It won't make the bullseye /chip disappear, but it's supposed to keep them from cracking and spreading across the w/s. I think they scost around 10-15 dollars
