Reasonable offer?
Hello again all, been a while since I have posted. Have met a gentlemen with a truck he is willing to part with and I am trying to decide a reasonable offer, and find out exactly what we are dealing with. Its a 70' long box stepside chevy, 235 inline 6, 3 on the tree, 6 lug, almost prestine condition besides minor rust on the rockers that is common and has been sitting for 4 years with out running. Was thinking about 500....any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance guys and gals, you have never let me down thus far.
Keep on truckin, Smallz

Re: Reasonable offer?
I'd say if it was in pristine condition, except for rockers, you'd be lucky to get it for $500 - even a long stepper
Maybe up to 1500 if its that good (if its truly pristine and the rocker rust is really minor - it might be worth more) The long steppers are love-hate though with most people -- i saw a 1-ton long step go for 8grand on an old truck classified marketplace though
