Just curious-what are buddy buckets going for?

I met a guy today that had some buddy buckets for sale. Of course, they need to be re-built. He wants $400 for them, with the console. One thing I like is that several of the sets he has is for Blazers, and with my Panel I would want the option of the passenger side lifting forward like they do.

The guy is an old truck builder and has a ton of parts. He had a stack of tilt columns, too. Said $250 for them. They are all in real good shape.

Just wondering if those prices seem fair. I didn't have my camera with me, so no pictures.

Id say the column prices are more than fair, at least out here. As far as the buckets, I cant help ya there I have never purchased or priced out a set. Sorry.

You know, I just realised that those were not buddy buckets, but the low-back buckets and console. But the original question is still valid, I think.

The prices don't seem out of line unless the parts are in very bad condition. Not a steal either...

Unfortunately, yes, that's about what that stuff goes for

I paid around $250 for my column shipped from Ebay. I still need to rebuild it...

Buddy Buckets are some of those parts that people would pay wayyyyy too much for....

Re: Just curious-what are buddy buckets going for?

$400 is a little high for the regular buckets that need fixed, average for buddy buckets with good foam... The big thing is the foam, if it's shot then deduct from the price!
