1960 - 66 Stepside Bedsides Question
This may be a dumb question ( it would not be the first time)......but. I have a 64 short stepside which needs bedsides. I believe the fenders and tailgates are the same from '55 to '66 my question is, are the bedsides the same?
I live in the UK where parts are scarce so the more options I have the better chance I have of finding some. New ones aren't too bad cost wise in the US but shipping to the UK is likely to make them very expensive. thanks Ian

Re: 1960 - 66 Stepside Bedsides Question
Bed sides and gates are all the same late 55 to 87 iirc. Fenders are series specific, 55-66, 67-72 and 73-87.

Re: 1960 - 66 Stepside Bedsides Question
Do you know any Shops with a Sheet Metal Brake? Bedsides can be made if you do. We cut a 48 Ford F1 down and made our own to fit the wheel base. We welded pipe for the rolled top and it turned out street worthy. The bad thing is I don't have pictures but I bet you could Google and find a Utube video.

Re: 1960 - 66 Stepside Bedsides Question
Though the bed sides are the same, the bolt holes for attaching the 67+ fenders are different.
