going to raise my truck
Probably don't see many people say they're going to raise their 2wd truck, but I'm going to....kind of.
So the truck is on air bags, and when fully dumped, the tire is hitting the inner wheel well (just barely). I cut the cups down a little bit, and I'm using slam specialties RE-7 with internal bumpstops. So I'm going to get new cups and make them about 1/2" taller so that if I loose air in the bags while driving, the truck is still operational. Kind of a safety feature of sorts. |
