1968 C-30 dually longhorn mutt......Just about complete
I put the replacement windshield in it and the tinted rear slider....WOW...that rear slider looks great with that dark wood in the bed! Now I can put the cowl seal and the wipers back on it, re-install the under dash AC and I will be done for now. Been driving the wheels off it.....all 6... working the quirks out of it. She gets a lot of looks. It can be had if anyone is interested.

any information on that bed wood? Can I get a zoomed in pic? I have NOS black wood and am trying to decide on SS strips or rhinolined steel strips...

Red oak with 3 coats of black stain and 4 coats of clear. If you want black strips I would get the ones that come black. Mar-K has them.

Amazing... I would have never guessed a 327 under the hood though...
Put a cummins 4bt and a brownie trans in and have a real wonder...at the same time, I probably wouldnt change anything on it for nostalgia sake. ~Zach |
