'70 3/4 T Parts Truck-Just In

Just picked up a 3/4 ton 2wd CustomCamper/20 which I will be parting out as time and weather allow. No motor or trans but was a 350 with A/T. Factory A/C, tinted side glass, tool box, usual gauges, sway bar, aux. side tank, rough but some good parts. Traded couple sbc blocks for it, plan on using a few parts on my
'71 4x4. My brother in law, (old wagon) and I picked it up this afternoon and just had to have a couple cold ones to clinch the deal. Will try and post some other pics later after I look it over.

Believe me I'm no saint! I love a baited hook dangling in the water, but there at least needs to be an attempt at pricing a few choice parts on these threads. Sharpie

The parts that you are selling need to be listed individually with prices. PM sales are also prohibited.

How bad is the cab, and how much are you looking to get out of it?

Re: '70 3/4 T Parts Truck-Just In

What I don't understand is why some were edited and some not? Not a huge deal but will be confusing...I was asking about the grille assembly once prices were set.

I agree confusing...
If he had a set price then you are good to go and I missed the grille being priced. This is where the confusion starts. Some parts listed w/o prices, some parts listed with prices, and then we start asking for parts with prices to follow. That’s the reason that when a truck is to be parted ... parts with prices need to be listed. Not trying to show any partiality. As mentioned you are good to go and I missed the price as I was going through other posts.

Re: '70 3/4 T Parts Truck-Just In

Wow, did not think I was fishing, just posted I had gotten a truck in, I will be parting it and listed some of the basic options the truck had. Was not my intention to "bait" anyone. I've been a member of this site since 2001 and always try to follow the board rules as such. Pardon me if what I did was wrong as per rules of the board.

I will look the truck over, pull useable parts and list with prices as time and weather allow. Will not sell by PM and will be more selective in the future about posting.

I would like to know this also. I asked about the toolbox door. First one in line. Suddenly my post is gone, but the guy that asks after me is still on there asking about it. Now he is first and his post is still up. If the mod is going to pick and choose what to delete, why not just close the thread until it is right... What a mess.

Do you have a jack, jack handle and tire iron? We need one for our 72.

Also, do you have an aux. battery tray?

Ok ...Do you all see why the rules state to have the parts priced when listed as this thread is turning into mass confusion.

Not to be a horses *** but if prices are not listed in a couple hours this thread will be locked and a new will need to be opened with prices per the rules. Thanks for your cooperation.

[quoteThe answer is in the Forum Guidelines and Rules -

XI. All For Sale posts shall have a price or prices, as well as your
location. No bids or auctions allowed here!!! If you don't know the
price of what you are selling, then you should do some research. If a Moderator or Administrator here asks you to post price(s) and you have not within a 12 hour time frame, they will delete your thread, period.
