Kids are the best
Went back home to visit for thanksgiving. Took my boys to a junk yard my dad use to take me to when I was a kid. Turns out they both got instrument clusters for there trucks. Funny thing is that it is the same place I got my cluster with my dad.
We tried to find a 96/97 s-10 instrument cluster to convert my 70's speedo to work with my nv3500 trany but had no luck. They had a lot of 95's, does anyone know if the 95 is compatible with the 96/97's? My boys are dieing to go back and get a third cluster for me. See this link if you think you can help. http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=553266

Re: Kids are the best
You guys are lucky, they changed all the liability laws around here and you you now have to over 16 in order to enter!

Re: Kids are the best
I think I just made two junkyard addicts. We went back today to pickup a few odds and ends for the inlaws cars. My 5 year old asked me just a few moments ago if we could buy a junk yard and work there together. Truly a boy after my own heart.

Cute kids, learning the right way! What yard it that? I don't recognize it. It kinda looks like A1 on 17th in Ogden, but the background seems wrong.

Re: Kids are the best
Boy, it sure seems like there's lots of these trucks from Mountain Home. I'm always seeing stuff of ksl.com listed from there. Must be because of the AF base or something. I've only been there once, and just passing through, at that.
