Axles
How do you put lugs into the predrilled holes of the axles without going to a shop?

I use the stock nut as a puller by turning it backwards. Several washers are stacked up on the stud which are coated with grease which will help you turn the nut. After sticking the stud in the hole, installing the washers and starting the nut a quick hit with the impact wrench will pull the stud in place.
