Interchangeable parts
Hello,
I am new to the 1968 Chevy truck world. I have always favored this body style and recently purchased a 1968 k10 Chevy truck. It is not a numbers matching truck but my goal is to make it a numbers correct truck for that year. I have a bunch of questions pertaining to these years. First is the rear window in a big window 1968 cab the same as 69-70 cabs? I know there are subtle differences in the cabs as far the dash and if it is a ac cab etcetera. Second I know lmc is a good source of parts but is there others. That is all for now any help I greatly appreciated. Posted via Mobile Device |

Re: Interchangeable parts
Welcome to the site. And yes all big window back glasses are the same from 67-72. As far as parts suppliers there are a lot of good vendors on here that can get you whatever your looking for at a good price.

Re: Interchangeable parts
Trucks are not like cars, in that they are not number matching between the bodies and the engines.
The LMC catalog is a great reference as to what parts are interchangeable.
