Entire BB and tranny swapout with accessories

Im going to offer everything to make the BB switch out from whatever vehicle you currently have. I believe I have removed everything as far as the drive train goes to facilitate a seamless conversion to a BB swap.

Here is whats included.

1. High Hump with bolts
2. BB Fan Shroud with clips
3. Automatic Crossmember
4. 72 Pedal with Switch and harness
(harness is not the greatest but I may have another)
5. 4 core radiator hold downs (top and bottom)
6. Vacuum line to booster
7. BB Stands and clamshells
8. BB Shift linkage
9. All 6 Exhaust hangers with clips (missing one ruber isolator)
10. passenger side bb Heat shield
11. Engine Harness
12. Turbo 400 tranny
13. Entire 72 engine from air cleaner to oil pan with all asscessories.
i.e. Power steering pump, alternator and water pump with brackets attached.

I made a video of it running in the truck and will get it loaded for view tomorrow evening. It held great oil pressure at startup and after its warm both. The water pump shaft is noisy and squeeks a little at about the 1.15 mark but I can assure you the engine is sound. I drove this truck 20 miles at about 70 and around stop and go driving in town for 20 minutes last thursday, it ran fine on both trips. I also let it sit and idle on a 95 degree day for 20 minutes. If the water pump scares a potiential buyer ,I can replace it to assure the sale.

Today (16 July) I pulled the engine and am offering it here for $1400 as a bundle.
Why look all over for these parts when you can get them all at once?
If it doesnt sell together I will be parting this out in a week.

Re: Entire BB and tranny swapout with accessories

looks like a pretty sweet deal!! especially for a complete swap out to a BBC. I have more than that in mine so far and not there yet. If this get parted I want to get in line for the parts. I need a few for sure. I have a list if they become available.

Re: Entire BB and tranny swapout with accessories

I may be interested in the whole setup per our PM's yesterday. If I don't hear back from this other guy I have been talking to. It would also help if I could unload an LT1/4L60E combo I am sitting on. Garage is starting to fill up with engines!! No room to work!

Re: Entire BB and tranny swapout with accessories

Engine/tranny/ heat shield pics.
Fuel pump is unbolted to get to the motor mount bolt.
I unbolted the harness and layed it across the engine.
I tried to leave everything as complete as possible.
The PO added an additional tranny cooler to the one in the radiator so the lines are cut to add that inline to the system.

Get me a list and anything not previously asked about I will get you a price/pictures of them. Packaged deals will be cheaper than seperate prices.

$50 for the clamshells and I'll put the oil pressure line and wiring harness in the same box so I guess that's $100 shipped for it all.

Wes, you're up on the stands but critterman asked about the clamshells first! If you want just the stands I have an additional set on the truck I bought yesterday. I will do $100 shipped on them but it will be Sunday or Monday before I get them off.

Brent,
Likewise! Lmk if you have any issues. Next time I drive up there let's do it with better weather... I lost 10 lbs sweating in the 72 bb sb on the way home. 60 miles an hour, 106 temps w/no ac. Oh and I stopped and changed a tire for a church group too. I guess I earned m boy scout pin today.lol
