what are you doing under the hood?

As my son and I build the 68 I would like some ideas on different projects. One of our next steps is to begin the sanding and painting of the truck. As I pull off the hood to begin sanding and painting I would like to know and see what others have done with the bottom side of the hood? We do plan on entering some shows so I was thinking mirrors but I would like some other ideas.

my favorite was a mural of a father and son working on the truck. it was on the underside of the hood of a 86' c10 swb, it looked good, the only reason i remember that truck is cause it sporting tpi w/ twin turbos.
